Supporting Federal Employees, Retirees, and Survivors Through Leadership and Service

For many years, NARFE has been an important part of my volunteer service and leadership journey. Through service at the chapter, federation, and national levels, I have had the opportunity to work with dedicated members across the country who share a common commitment to protecting the earned benefits of federal employees, retirees, and their survivors.

My involvement in NARFE has provided opportunities to lead, mentor, advocate, communicate, and help organizations adapt to changing needs. I believe NARFE’s greatest strength is its members, and I am passionate about developing leaders, strengthening local organizations, improving communication, and creating opportunities for members to remain engaged and connected.

Throughout my service, I have worked to promote collaboration, encourage innovation, and support the use of technology to improve member engagement and organizational effectiveness. From chapter leadership and federation governance to national committees and digital communication initiatives, my focus has been on building sustainable systems that help current and future leaders succeed.

NARFE continues to play a vital role in representing the interests of federal employees, retirees, and survivors. I am honored to contribute to that mission and remain committed to helping the organization evolve while preserving the values of service, advocacy, and member support that have guided it for generations.
